Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Check-in patients and ensure admitting procedures are efficient and compliant.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines and patient needs.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles as applicable.
• Scan/copy patient-related materials into the electronic medical record system.
