Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Check-in patients, complete admitting steps per clinic policies.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Collect copays and deductibles at time of service.
• Scan/copy patient documents into the EMR.
