Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking an Office Assistant to support multiple outpatient clinic locations from the Winter Garden office. The role involves greeting patients, handling check-in/out, coordinating with departments, and managing calls.

Qualifications

• AA required or equivalent qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a health care setting, preferably outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to departments or waiting areas.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate appointment reminders and test results to patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies in all administrative activities.
