Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Office Assistant Float for its outpatient clinics. The role supports multiple offices with a 4x10 schedule, including greeting patients, handling calls, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a health care setting, preferably outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms; coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other information to patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies in all administrative activities.
