Job summary

Candidates should have an AA (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 3 years in a healthcare setting. The position offers strong benefits, 401K matching, and a balanced schedule of four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• AA required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a health care setting, outpatient preferred.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple offices with coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to the correct departments or waiting areas.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and forms, coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders and test results to patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies in all administrative activities.
