Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Clinic Check-in Coordinator for the Clinics and Surgery Center. The role focuses on first-point-of-contact check-in, gathering insurance information, guiding patients to seating areas, and facilitating a smooth patient experience throughout the visit.

The position operates Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm with an 80-hour/biweekly schedule and benefits package. The coordinator collaborates with care teams to ensure privacy, timely care, and outstanding

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes all patients and families as part of the check-in and arrival process for unparalleled experience.
• Monitors lobby and assists patients to the appropriate waiting area.
• Ensures patient pre-registration information is complete upon check in.
• Assists patients with accessing and using available technology as needed.
• Communicates effectively with care team and across departments to support patient care processes.
