You will supervise RBTs, maintain accurate records, and ensure ethical practice while delivering high-quality care aligned with regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach to help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive ASD assessments to evaluate behavior, skills and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on results.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and support families in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff; document outcomes.
