SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a BCBA to deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with ASD. The role involves assessment, planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

Key duties include developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, and maintaining thorough documentation within our EHR system.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and emerging needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
