Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support across our Virginia clinics. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs and staff, maintain thorough documentation in our EHR, and educate families while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD.
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; provide training and feedback.
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports.
