Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Clinic Based BCBA to provide behavioral assessment, planning, and evidence-based interventions for individuals with ASD in VA clinics (Front Royal, Winchester, Woodstown, Strasburg). The role supports families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and monitor BIPs, coordinate with psychiatrists as needed, and train staff on programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as progress is observed.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and applying strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress.
