Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist State Director with updates to department materials and policies.
• Ensure compliance with payor plan rules and regulations.
• Provide supervision of clinic staff across locations.
• Complete new youth assessments and assign caseload coverage.
• Track KPIs such as productivity, assessment due dates, and credential dates.
• Support staffing and hiring planning with leadership.
• Participate in director-level meetings to drive growth.
• Collaborate with line providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Model Applied Behavior Analytic principles and mentor staff.
• Oversee behavior plan assessment, design, and reporting.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret results.
• Deliver direct behavioral treatment and skill-building sessions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
