BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA-based assessments and interventions for children with ASD in Salem, VA. Qualifications

Current BCBA certification with BACB.
Experience implementing ABA programming.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.
