Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Salem/Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical behavioral interventions for individuals and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, train staff, and ensure ethical, data-driven practice. This is a full-time position with competitive USD 85,000–90,000 yearly salary.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and recommendations.
