Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Salem, VA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, and provide evidence-based ABA programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise RBTs, train staff, document in our EHR, and advise families. This full-time role offers growth and impact in clients’ daily living and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies.
