BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral assessments, plan development, and evidence-based ABA interventions. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote client progress and independence.

The role emphasizes ongoing clinical support, data-driven decision making, and staff training to ensure high-quality services for individuals with ASD and related needs.

Qualifications

Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and behavioral interventions.
Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills.
Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; collect data to evaluate effectiveness.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and interventions.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; provide training and feedback.
