Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA treatment in Sugar Land, TX. You will guide admissions with empathy, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and support families from the initial call to day one of therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families via calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC's services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and cross-department communication.
• Live ABC's Core Values and be a culture role model for teammates.
