Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Northlake, TX. You’ll be the first point of contact for families pursuing ABA therapy, guiding them through admissions with empathy and accuracy, from the initial call to day one of treatment.

This full-time, in-center role offers pay between $19.23 and $21.63 per hour, plus a performance bonus up to $6,000 per year, a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO and holidays, health benefits, and opportunities for growth into

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations.
• Experience in an ABA or healthcare setting.
• Experience as a Behavioral Therapist (BT) or familiarity with autistic children.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, medical documentation, or healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
