Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy. You will guide them through admissions with empathy, handle scheduling and data-entry, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to start their child’s therapy smoothly.

This in-center, full-time role offers hourly pay of $19.23–$21.63, plus a potential annual bonus up to $6,000, health benefits, PTO, and a strong development path.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (document management, scheduling, data entry).
• Serve as the first contact for families via calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and cross-department communication.
• Model ABC's Core Values of Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun.
