Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage scheduling and communications, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding to our ABA programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (document management, scheduling, data entry).
• Serve as first point of contact for families via calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with referral sources and external partners.
• Assist families in understanding ABC services and the admissions process.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions and onboarding.
