Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage scheduling and documents, and work closely with the center's Operations Manager to support families from the initial inquiry to the child’s first day of therapy.

As a full-time, in-center role, you will receive $19.23–$21.63 per hour based on experience, plus a performance bonus up to $6,000 annually, with

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
