Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) in a full-time, in-center role in Colorado. You will be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA treatment, guiding them through admissions with empathy and clear communication.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions and onboarding while maintaining compliant records. The position offers in-center work, a competitive hourly pay of $19.23–$21.63 plus a performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (documents, scheduling, data entry).
• Serve as the first contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and the admissions process.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
