Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) in Castle Rock, CO to guide families through ABA treatment admissions. You will work closely with the center’s Operations Manager to handle administrative tasks and ensure families feel informed and confident from their first contact to day one of therapy.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and proactive communication with families and referral sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for families via calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance and clear cross-department communication.
