Job summary

ABC in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage inquiries, and become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC supports their children.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for families and clients.
• Comfort handling inbound calls and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations and clinical leadership.
• Model ABC core values and be a culture champion for the team.
