Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Clinic Admissions Associate to handle essential admin tasks, support families, and assist in marketing and admissions functions. You will become an autism expert to help families understand how we assist children with ASD, while embodying our values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations.
• Passion for helping families and children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics (documents, tracking, internal and external comms).
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to assist families and staff.
• Assist marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and leadership.
