Job summary

ABC is seeking an Admissions Associate to support busy clinics with administrative duties, communications, and patient intake in a values-driven environment.

You will assist inbound calls from families and referrals, becoming a subject matter expert on autism to explain ABC’s services while collaborating with operations and clinical leaders. Growth paths and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Willingness to be a caring, team-oriented culture contributor.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management, tracking people and things, and managing internal and external communications with referral sources.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Perform marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership while embodying core values.
