ABC (Action Behavior Centers) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to manage daily administrative tasks across our busy clinics, support referrals, and assist families. You will become a go-to resource on autism, helping families understand how ABC supports children with ASD and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A desire to break into healthcare and help children with autism.
• Passion for a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Willingness to lead at your center and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and communication with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks and embody ABC core values as a cultural role model.
