Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Admissions Associate to handle day-to-day clinic administration, manage communications with referral sources, and support inbound calls from families and clients. You will become knowledgeable about autism to explain ABC's approach and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• An eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture and to uphold ABC values.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics (document management, tracking people and items, internal and external communication with referral sources).
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC helps children.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to aid operations manager and clinical leadership, embody ABC core values.
