Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone and routing calls; greeting patients and guests.
• Maintain a professional reception area and organize mail and records.
• Assist with admissions data, scheduling and travel arrangements as needed.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy for admissions and records.
• Support clerical duties across administrative areas as required.
