Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Service is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to rent and sell a diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. You will cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones, collaborating with multiple divisions to provide turnkey solutions for commercial customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in direct sales, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Sales track record in solution-selling approach, high volume sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell our HVAC/portable climate control equipment within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones.
• Collaborate with General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey solutions.
• Work with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize market penetration.
