Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join the O&P Insight Revenue Solutions Team. You will support client partners with billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Responsibilities include claim scrubs, data entry into portals, verifications, prior authorizations, and reporting. A concise, professional communicator with attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.
• Detail oriented with professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic claim scrubs.
• Input data into insurance portals.
• Perform preliminary and in-depth (code specific) insurance verifications.
• Prepare documentation for prior authorization submission.
• Check claim status per client specifications.
• Mail paper claims and investigate claim denials.
• Follow up with insurance companies to manage accounts receivable.
• Run monthly reports as specified by the client partners.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
