Beacon Hill seeks a Client Support Representative to join our Lake Zurich, IL operations on an on-site basis. You will manage customer accounts, coordinate logistics, process orders, verify inventory, and assist with billing and invoicing to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and proactive communication with customers and internal departments to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by managing accounts with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping activities, including preparing Bills of Lading and scheduling pickups.
• Process customer orders within shipping systems to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Proactively verify inventory levels and product availability with customers.
• Review and reconcile freight invoices, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational data to support business decisions.
• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries and provide top-tier service.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Generate customer invoices using QuickBooks and other billing systems.
• Assist with month-end invoicing to ensure accuracy across financial records.
