Beacon Hill in Niles, IL is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to join the on-site team during the busy season. You will engage customers by phone and email to place orders, answer questions, and help track shipments.

This temporary role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, lasting through April. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping focus on the customer.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from customers; provide product guidance and take orders.
• Make outbound calls for promotions, information gathering, and feedback.
• Report on customer feedback and help improve products and service.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
