Job summary

My Pension Expert are offering an apprenticeship in Client Support to become a trusted contact for new clients, delivering quality service and helping make pensions easier to navigate.

Training will be at North Lindsey College / Doncaster College with block release, and you will learn the Customer Service Practitioner standard and English/Maths if needed, supported by industry professionals to deliver the best possible service.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administration support to the Client Support team
• Liaise with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation required to complete pension checks via, telephone or post
• Responsible for completion of administrative tasks in the relevant area, such as scanning, electronic filing and diary bookings
• Ensure all client records are electronically filed and updated where required
• Contacting clients to retrieve any required information and to answer any queries they may have
• Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing a prompt and efficient response to enquiries
• Dealing with confidential information
• Support the organisation internally and externally by communicating about MPE’s sustainability values, culture and commitments

You must be able to travel to and from work and college.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

• Training will be at North Lindsey College/Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer
• Block release/Day release
• You will undertake the Customer Service Practitioner standard
• You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed
• You will undertake both on and off-the-job training by a team of industry qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge and experience that will help you become a qualified client support advisor of the future
