Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle during business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams—hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for clients to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
