Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading North American security and facility services provider, seeks a Client Manager in Houston to lead front-line staff and deliver world-class service across a designated portfolio.

You will drive engagement, monitor financial and operational metrics using AI tools and BI platforms, and develop client relationships while maintaining safety standards. This on-site role emphasizes accountability and an iCARE leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 3+ years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• High School diploma with 5+ years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business
• Minimum of two years of experience driving operational goals
• Skilled in managing a large and dispersed team that fosters teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving results
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business by cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
• Ability to interpret financial data and use it to support decision-making; budgeting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experience
• Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation
• Experience with BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop front line staff for small to medium-sized clients in your portfolio
• Use AI technology, online reporting tools, and BI Platform to monitor metrics and drive efficiency
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget management and accounts receivable/payable
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action plans
• Deliver high-quality service while complying with policies and regulations
• Establish a safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries
