Gallagher, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in Florida. You will lead efforts to deliver exceptional service, manage client relationships, and drive tailored risk management solutions.

You will mentor team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage Gallagher’s technology to optimize productivity and outcomes. Bring 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, plus a Property and Casualty License, to

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant client service or claims experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the renewal process with clients, delivering tailored coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and proactive service.
• Support and mentor team members to address client risk management needs.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems and perform audits.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and deliver quality outcomes.
