Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, call center or collections preferred but not required.
• Rent-to-own experience is desirable, but training is provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Set daily collection goals and verify accuracy of customer information.
• Review rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past-due accounts and work with clients toward affordable ownership.
• Resell benefits of timely rental/lease payments to customers.
• Assist other staff during peak times or absences.
