Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a compliant driving record.
• Previous rent-to-own experience is desirable, but not necessary.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify customer information accuracy.
• Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past-due accounts to help clients get accounts in good standing.
• Act as a customer liaison for rental/lease agreement renewals.
• Assist co-workers during peak activity times.
