Guidepoint seeks a Client Service Associate for December 2026 graduates to connect client needs with expert insights. You will assess requirements, recruit experts into Guidepoint’s global network, and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with three days in the office.

The role emphasizes strong judgment, responsiveness, and execution across priorities, with training and mentorship to develop leadership and client ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant subject-matter experts for client projects.
• Lead cold outreach and vetting conversations to assess fit for client needs.
• Prepare high-quality profiles for client consideration and define sourcing strategies per project.
