Guidepoint is seeking a Client Service Associate (Class of 2027) to join its Client Service team. You will learn to assess client needs, identify expert matches, and recruit experts into Guidepoint’s global network. The role combines research, outreach, and profile preparation with a three‑day‑in‑office hybrid schedule.

The position emphasizes strong judgment, responsiveness, and multi‑priority execution in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for growth and client ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• AI fluency and use of AI-enabled tools to support research and communication.
• Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct targeted research to identify relevant subject‑matter experts across public sources.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting conversations, and prepare expert profiles for client consideration.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests and meet deadlines with high execution quality.
