Guidepoint is seeking a Client Service Associate for December 2026 graduates to join its New York team hybrid role with three in-office days. The Associate will learn to assess client needs, recruit experts, and deliver high-quality matched consultations for investment firms and corporates.

Qualified graduates will have a 3.0+ GPA, internship or related experience, and comfort using AI-enabled tools to support research and communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Experience interning, volunteering, or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Independently conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant experts.
• Lead cold outreach and screen conversations to evaluate fit for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
