Guidepoint seeks a Client Service Associate (Class of 2027) to connect investment firms with top experts and deliver fast, high-quality client service. The role blends research, outreach, and vetting within a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office.

The candidate will learn needs assessment, expert matching, and recruitment across Guidepoint’s global network, with a strong emphasis on judgment, responsiveness, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA minimum requirement.
• Internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting conversations with experts, and profile creation for clients.
• Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
