Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in San Diego, CA is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to welcome new customers and support them throughout onboarding. You will be a trusted contact for client questions, educate on products and resources, and help resolve issues with a solutions-focused approach.

Maintaining accurate records, building relationships, and staying organized are essential. Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
