Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample receipts, status monitoring, and reporting in line with client requirements. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and carries a $50,000 annual salary.

You will onboard new clients, manage relationships as the primary contact, coordinate with lab functions, track progress, and support invoicing and project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and codes.
• Proficient in using computer applications and data systems (e.g., LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Maintains client relationships and serves as primary contact.
• Monitors project status and ensures timely completion.
• Coordinates with lab functions to meet client requirements.
• Prepares project status reports and conducts project closure.
