Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for resolution of client issues with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders.
• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Work with posting clerk to ensure completion of recon, transportation, and all other vehicle charges are applied to the appropriate vehicle in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles and provide quality service.
• Communicate with Transportation Team to arrange required transportation or obtain information.
• Establish electronic customer vehicle files and update records with standardized abbreviations.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process including run order and scheduling.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation for sale by reconciling bills and coordinating with customers and vendors.
• Balance sales with the accounting department and assist in post-sale invoicing as needed.
• Prepare various reports such as sales and expense reports and other summaries.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety activities.
