Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist to act as the primary contact for resolving client issues across complex accounts. You will collaborate with national sales, site representatives, and post-sale teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate invoicing, and timely communication.

In this role, you will review vehicle-related documentation, coordinate transportation, and uphold high standards of client service while supporting collections and post-sale operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills required
• Strong organizational skills required
• Knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel preferred
• Prior experience as Commercial Services Specialist preferred

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts, collaborating with national sales, site reps, and post-sale teams
• Respond to dealer and commercial client inquiries professionally, escalate as needed
• Prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes, manage run orders, scheduling, and invoicing
• Liaise with auctioneers, department managers, and sales teams to ensure efficient vehicle preparation and representation
• Review vehicle inventory with Auto Check to meet specifications and ensure proper imaging and announcements
• Coordinate vehicle transportation and ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Title Shared Services Center to ensure timely receipt of negotiable titles
• Educate and upsell national clients on additional products/services
• Coordinate post-sale activities with AR and other departments
• Create file jackets for client audits containing condition reports and invoices
• Manage redemptions and vehicle pickups, ensuring proper documentation and customer service
• Maintain strong client relationships and professional conduct in all interactions
