Job summary

Cox Automotive in Minnesota is seeking a detail-focused team member to serve as a key contact for client issue resolution, collaborating with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders across CAIs digital platforms.

You will handle data entry, manage account relationships, coordinate vehicle movements, prepare run orders, and ensure timely invoicing and reporting while upholding safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience, or 5 years' related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Clerical or administrative experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with posting clerk to ensure recon, transportation, and vehicle charges are applied.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service.
• Coordinate with Transportation Team for transportation and condition reports.
• Establish electronic customer vehicle files and keep them updated.
• Obtain floor price information and enter into system.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process and schedule notices to customers.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation and reconcile bills for institutional customers.
• Coordinate with accounting to balance sales and post-sale invoicing.
• Prepare reports and handouts such as sales and expense reports.
