Mobix is seeking an Account Manager to own long-term client relationships and serve as the go-to contact for operational needs. You will manage support tickets, monitor order flow, and keep internal teams aligned to ensure smooth fulfillment for assigned clients.

This role rewards clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent client engagement. You will be the dependable point of contact clients rely on when matters matter most.

Competenze

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or logistics operations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with great task tracking habits.
• Calm under pressure and professional handling of client concerns.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Manage and resolve client tickets quickly and professionally.
• Monitor fulfillment and order flow for accuracy and service quality.
• Track and complete client tasks (relabels, special projects, shipment issues).
• Proactively communicate about disruptions or risks.
• Coordinate internally with Ops and Client Success teams.
• Share insights from client trends or issues to help us improve.
