Mobix, a fast-growing 3PL, is seeking an Account Manager to own long-term client relationships and act as the go-to operational contact. You will manage support tickets, ensure smooth order flow, and align internal teams to meet client needs.

This role rewards clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A client-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or logistics operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid task tracking habits.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle client concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Manage and resolve client tickets quickly and professionally.
• Monitor fulfillment and order flow for accuracy and service quality.
• Track and complete client tasks (relabels, special projects, shipment issues).
• Proactively communicate about disruptions or risks.
• Coordinate internally with Ops and Client Success teams.
• Share insights from client trends or issues to help us improve.
