Myriad360 is seeking a seasoned Account Manager in the United States to support sales operations, onboard clients, manage accounts, and prepare quotes. You will coordinate accurate, on-time order fulfillment and build strong client relationships with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes organization, adaptability, and proactive leadership, with a focus on customer satisfaction and risk remediation. US-based candidates are preferred, with PST time zone suitability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and executives.
• Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order placement.
• Oversee account management including contract and agreement negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules.
• Advocate for the client and focus on improving the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time order delivery.
• Escalate risks and support remediation efforts.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
